Bigger changes, a substantially different design or new features are not part of maintenance. We send a separate quote for them in advance.

You can have them whenever you ask.
Transfer
On request, we transfer the domain and the website to another provider.
Hosting you pay for
While the arrangement runs, the website is online with us. If you stop paying for hosting, that service closes, so transfer the website first or renew the arrangement.

Our team works from Zagreb, and the company, HRWC d.o.o., is registered in Osijek. Most of the work is agreed by message, e-mail and phone, so we work with clients all over the country.
We work every day and explain things without jargon. Before handover, we check every website:

- every link, button and contact detail
- titles and descriptions for search engines
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
Not for a standard website. The preview is free and does not oblige you to buy. For larger projects, such as a web shop, further development after the free initial preview may require an agreed deposit.
What if I don't like the preview?
Tell us what you would change and we revise it. Before you buy, we keep revising until you like the website, and you can still decide not to buy, even after several rounds of changes.
How long does it take?
The first preview of a standard website usually arrives within 24 to 48 hours, weekends included. Once we have your feedback and materials, the website is usually finished within a few days. Larger projects have their own agreed timeline.
What do I need to send?
It is enough to tell us what you do and what you need. Photos, text, a logo and examples of websites you like help make the preview more accurate, but you can start without them.
Who owns the website, and what if I stop paying for hosting?
You can have the website files whenever you ask, and we transfer the domain and the website to another provider on request. Hosting you pay us for closes when payment stops, so the website is then no longer online with us.
