Hosting, domain and maintenance
Hosting and the domain are included in the website price for the period stated in your quote. After that, we agree them together with maintenance individually, depending on how often you need changes.
Monthly
For frequent changesHosting and the domain, plus small content changes within the agreed scope whenever you need them.
Quarterly
For occasional changesHosting and the domain, plus small changes within the agreed scope, for websites that change now and then.
Annual
No regular changesHosting and the domain only, for websites whose content rarely changes.
Bigger changes, a substantially different design or new features are not part of maintenance. We send a separate quote for them in advance.
Ownership and transfer
Your files and the right to transfer do not depend on paying for maintenance. Hosting, domain renewal and maintenance are services that run while you pay for them.

Transfer
On request, we transfer the domain and the website to another provider.
Hosting you pay for
While the arrangement runs, the website is online with us. If you stop paying for hosting, that service closes, so transfer the website first or renew the arrangement.

It depends on the scope: the number of pages and amount of content, languages, features, integrations and support after launch. We ask a few short questions and send you a quote. We do not publish a price list.
When do I pay?
For a standard website, you pay nothing until you decide to buy the website you have seen and refined. Payment terms are set out in the quote. For larger projects, further development after the free initial preview may require an agreed deposit.
What is included in the price?
What the quote says: building the agreed website, the text, phone-friendly layouts, basic SEO setup, and hosting and the domain for the period stated in the quote.
What costs extra?
Maintenance after the period included in the quote, extra services such as a logo or business e-mail, and bigger changes, a substantially different design or new features. We always send a quote for those in advance.
Who owns the website?
You can have the website files whenever you ask, and on request we transfer the domain and the website to another provider. Hosting, domain renewal and maintenance are services that run while you pay for them.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We connect it to the new website. If you have e-mail on that domain, we make sure it keeps working.
What if I stop paying for hosting?
The hosting you pay us for then closes, and the website is no longer online with us. If you want to keep it, ask for the files or a transfer of the website and domain to another provider first.
Am I tied to a contract?
Hosting and maintenance are agreed monthly, quarterly or annually, as set out in the quote. If you decide to leave, we transfer the website and domain to another provider.
