From the first message to launch.
A standard website usually takes a few days. Here is what happens at each step and who does what.
Step 1: Enquiry
A few minutesSend a WhatsApp message or an e-mail saying what you do and what you need. One sentence is enough.
Your part
- You tell us what you do and where
- If you have one, you send your current website or an example you like
Our part
- We reply and ask a few short questions
Step 2: The basics and a quote
At your paceWe agree what the website needs: services, contact, languages and the main button. Photos, text and a logo help, but they are not required.
Your part
- You answer the questions
- You send whatever materials you have
Our part
- We suggest a structure for the website
- We send a quote for the agreed scope
Step 3: Free preview
24–48 hoursWe send you a link to a preview of your website at a temporary address, built as well as we can from the information we have.
Your part
- You open the preview on your phone and computer
Our part
- We put together the design, text and photos
- We check the website on a phone and a desktop
Step 4: Feedback and approval
Until you like itTell us what you would change. Before you buy, we keep revising until you like the website, and you can still say no. Once you are happy, you accept the quote.
Your part
- You send changes by message, voice message or e-mail
- You approve the website and accept the quote
Our part
- We make the changes and send the new version
Step 5: Launch and support
After approvalWe publish the website on your domain and check that everything works. Hosting and the domain are included for the period in the quote, and support is agreed to suit you.
Your part
- You get in touch when something needs changing
Our part
- We connect the domain, turn on the secure connection and publish
- We make small changes within the agreed maintenance scope
Timelines
- 24–48 hours
To the first preview of a standard website, counted in calendar hours. We work every day, weekends included.
- A few days
To a finished standard website, once your feedback and the materials needed have arrived. That is the usual course, not a guarantee for every project.
- By agreement
For web shops, database systems and more complex integrations, we agree the timeline after scoping.
What helps us
None of this is required to start. But the more we know, the closer the first preview is to what you want, and the fewer changes it needs.
- A logo
- In any form. If you have none, we set the website up with your name.
- Photos
- Phone photos are fine: the premises, the work, the products.
- A price list or list of services
- Even a photo of the paper is enough. We type it up.
- Websites you like
- One or two links say more than a description.
- Opening hours and address
- The way you want customers to see them.
- What sets you apart
- Why customers come back to you. That goes at the top of the page.
Revisions, approval and handover
Before you buy, we keep making changes until you like the agreed website. If the project brief changes completely or major new features are needed, that is a new scope we agree first, not a hidden charge.
Once you approve the website and accept the quote, we publish it on your domain. You can have the website files whenever you ask, and on request we transfer the domain and the website to another provider.
If you have no photos, we build the preview with illustrations that suit your industry. When you take your own, send them by message and we swap them in.

All questions and answersHow soon does the first preview arrive?
For a standard website, usually within 24 to 48 hours, counted in calendar hours. We work every day, weekends included. Larger projects have their own agreed timeline.
Is the preview a finished website?
The preview is a real website at a temporary address, built as well as we can from the information we have. It is not yet published on your domain, and we refine it based on your feedback.
How many changes can I ask for before buying?
As many as it takes until you like the agreed website. Send changes by message, voice message, call or e-mail. A completely new brief or major new features are agreed separately, as a new scope.
Can I say no?
Yes. The preview of a standard website does not oblige you to buy, even after several rounds of changes. You owe us nothing.
Who writes the text, and what if I have no photos?
We write the text from what you tell us about your business, and you correct it. If you have no photos, we build the preview with illustrations that suit your industry and swap in your own when you have them.
Request your free website preview.
Send us your business name and what you need. The preview usually arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and you decide once you have seen it.
